2023 Galway Bay Swim Postponed again

The swim which was rescheduled from July to Saturday 19th August 2023 has again been postponed
due to a small craft warning for Galway Bay issued by Met Eireann. The swimmer briefing on Friday 18th August in the Clybaun Hotel is also cancelled. As a committee, we are so disappointed as it is the first time in 17 years that we’ve had to cancel the event due to weather but the safety of all swimmers and boat people is paramount.
