2023 Galway Bay Swim Postponed

Due to the weather on both Saturday 15th, and Sunday 16th of July, the 2023 Galway Bay Swim is postponed.
The swimmer briefing on Friday 14th July in the Clybaun Hotel is also cancelled. As a committee, we are so disappointed as it is the first time in 17 years that we’ve had to cancel the event due to weather but the safety of all swimmers and boat people is paramount.
We hope to try and reschedule the swim in August 2023. We will know more next week. Really sorry again to be delivering this news.
